Jungle Scout: Customer Support Representative (Texas)

Now we’re looking for a Customer Support Representative to join the team and help our customers realize the full value of our product suite! After product training, the CSR will be a primary subject matter expert for the Jungle Scout products and will report to the Customer Support Manager.

Schedule: Thursday – Monday 3:00PM – 12:00AM CST

 

Launch Point: Investigation Specialist

Discovery Health Partners is looking for an Investigation Specialist in a health insurance call center. This position will involve taking a high volume of inbound calls to process a paperless health insurance subrogation caseload by investigating potential cases and pursuing med-pay, no-fault, liability, and workers’ compensation recoveries. The Discovery Health Partners’ work environment is team-orientated. The Investigation Specialist will coordinate efforts with other members of the subrogation team to maximize recovery in accordance with Discovery’s Subrogation Policies and Procedures.

Required Experience:

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
  • 1 year of work experience in health insurance and/or call center experience

Online Spanish Teacher: TeeterPal: Looking for an instructor who can children from 6-12 years old children about Spanish for our online course. The schedule will be about 1 hour/class, 2-3 days/week. Hours will be added more based on the availability of the instructor.
